The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the bill on page 1, line 10, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:
"A BILL to amend §17C-4-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to prohibiting public disclosure of the social security number of any person named or disclosed in a motor vehicle accident report; exceptions. "
